Mindful Littles - Weekly Class

Exploring mindfulness through movement. Thursdays 1 - 1:30pm Ages 4-7.

Ended
Monthly PIF $22
Location 1

Service Description

We will be exploring mindfulness mostly through movement. We will do a fun child friendly yoga for the first 15 - 20 minutes, followed by a short guided imagery. We will end the class with gratitude, and anything the children would like to share. If time permits, we will learn about mindfulness through story. 4 week session for $44 if PIF. This class is ideal for kids ages 4 - 6/7. I also offer a Mindful Kids which is ideal for older children (6/7 - up) that lasts 1 hour and has a slightly different focus on teaching mindfulness. Children have many big emotions, and my intention is to help them learn to recognize their feelings in a non judgmental way, and then react from a state of mindfulness. Together, we will create a safe and sacred place for our children to learn to become more mindful in the every day. To learn the tools to deal with the big emotions; and pause, ground, and center so they are better equipped to deal with the challenges life likes to throw at us. We focus on gratitude, and always end with what we are grateful for...which is a great way for children to begin to focus on all the good that surrounds them in life. Children will be encouraged to share, but there’s never pressure. I’m an unschooling mom and appreciate each child’s individual journey.... they blossom when they’re ready. 💜 It will be drop off, but parents are welcome to stay and hang out in the backyard with siblings. 💜 This session runs every Thursday from 1pm - 1:30pm beginning January 7. *** January Dates are as followed *** 1/7 1/14 ---> https://fb.me/e/duGZXnWO6 1/21 ---> https://fb.me/e/6V8tJyXX9 1/28 ---> https://fb.me/e/YQQPQcJO Drop in class is available at $11 per class. In order to maintain the sacredness of this space, please RSVP at least 24 hours before the start of the class. Space is limited. Classes will be at my home in Temecula (in order to avoid distraction and create a sacred space). I will message you the address once you’ve confirmed. We will adjust and adapt as need be. My goal is to have a regular group so the children feel safe and comfortable sharing and diving into this self love work.
