Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Classes

Learn techniques to recreate your favorite dishes in a healthful way.

Service Description

Classes are held online. Each class will include a grocery list and recipe to print out. We will use all a whole food plant based ingredients to help you learn healthy ways to recreate some of you favorite dishes, as well as learning new techniques to bring in more nutrition to your meals while packing in great taste. Some dishes will be fully raw. A good blender and/or food processor is needed to create some of the meals.
